Springtime in Rochester, NY, is a magical season filled with vibrant blooms and renewed spirits. As a photographer based in this beautiful upstate area, there’s nothing quite like the excitement of capturing cherished moments amid the stunning backdrop of nature’s finest displays. Recently, I had the pleasure of reuniting with the wonderful Bock family for a long-awaited Cherry Blossom Mini Session at Highland Park, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

The anticipation had been building since fall when the Bock family reached out to schedule their session. I fondly remembered little Lena from our previous session, capturing her adorable innocence during a bath tub shoot when she was just under a year old. Now, with the passage of time, they’ve added a precious new member to their family, and I couldn’t wait to see them all again and document their journey together.

Highland Park, renowned for its breathtaking cherry blossoms, provided the perfect backdrop for our session. As we gathered beneath the blooming trees, it was evident that the wait had been worth it. The soft pink petals cascaded around us, creating a dreamy atmosphere that perfectly complemented the warmth and love shared within the Bock family.
