The Herschell Family

I absolutely fell in love with this couple when I first met them at their Engagement session and then had the honor of photographing their beautiful wedding at Deerfield Country Club.

We had made plans to meet last spring under the cherry blossom trees when Tiffany told me we would be having their maternity session but as the story goes, 2020 didn’t go our way. Naturally I was thrilled when we made plans to meet again this spring now that their little bundle had arrived!

We met at a private location and were able to take our time to capture the pure glow of the beautiful grounds. Their daughter was happy as could be and like magic, the wind stopped as soon as we began our session. Sometimes mother nature can give us little gifts lol I could have staid all night at the beautiful crab apple tree that had bloomed but there is so much charm to the rest of the property that we couldn’t help but capture a little bit of everything.

I had photographed at this location before so I knew ahead of time that there were lots of hidden gems on the property and with a little strategic planning and light blocking, we we were able to capture some stunning glow for our portraits!

The three of them made so much magic, I didn’t even realize we had gone over on our time! LOL As they say…. “Time flies when you’re having fun!” I cannot wait to have another session with this family down the road. We always have such a great time!
