The Fortuna Family

I was able to meet this sweet family last winter when Jan had asked me to photograph the girls for a winter mini session. We had such a great time and they loved their images!

Fast forward to this summer; Jan contacted me again and asked if I would be willing to come to their house and photograph their family with portions of their home as they were moving to another beautiful location close-by. So I took the drive out and arrived at their beautiful home, the home that the girls were raised in and all the memories of the past years lived on.

We started at the front of the house; capturing the beautiful leading lines of the windows and this is where I met their friendly pup, Marley, who posed for a few images throughout the night too!

After capturing some images around the property, I wanted to capture the beautiful sunset that was coming through the trees down by the pond. We headed to the second level of their back yard and had a little fun in the stunning light coming through! We had a great session and I can’t wait to see this family again!
