Alex reached out to me a few months ago letting me know she wanted to have a maternity session and I was elated!

I hadn’t seen Alex for 10 years. She was my daughters Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) nurse when my daughter was born with a congenital heart defect. After two heart surgeries in less than 10 months, on one of our worst days, Alex brought her absolute best self (as she did every day) and pulled us through a night of what nightmares are made of. She was focused, patient, and most of all, determined to save our little girl. And although no one is quite sure how my daughter came through that night… or the next… or the week, ….. or three more months, but she did… and a big part of that was Alex. And that was for MY daughter, so I KNOW…. She’s going to be an amazing mother.
