Hello, everyone! It’s Destiny from Destiny Burke Photography, and I’m thrilled to share a heartwarming story about a recent senior portrait session that took place in the picturesque setting of Letchworth State Park, located in Castile, NY. Fall is such a magical time of year, and this session was extra special because of a meaningful connection to the park’s history.
Meet Cameron, a remarkable young man with a bright future ahead. As we embarked on this session, the stunning autumn colors of Letchworth State Park served as the perfect backdrop to capture this pivotal moment in Cameron’s life. But what made this experience truly unique was the family history intertwined with this natural wonder.
In the background of some of Cameron’s photos, you’ll notice a captivating train trestle. What makes this trestle so special is that it was originally built by Cameron’s late grandfather. This historical connection added an extra layer of significance to the images we captured that day. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of photography to tell stories and preserve memories.
The vibrant autumn leaves provided a breathtaking setting for Cameron’s senior portraits. The warm hues of red, orange, and yellow created a stunning contrast. I am so glad we chose this location and it helped that he was dressed to perfection!
Here are a few of my favorites from his session!
